It sounds simple.
Identify your key 100. The 100 people you need help from to successful launch your thing and then just start working towards getting their help.
And in many ways it is.
The real investment is just in your time, research, and communication.
Thinking about who are the people that can help jump start your thing the fastest (influencers, investors, partners, etc.).
Figuring out how can you get on their radar and start providing them value. Working towards gaining their trust, their support, and ultimately their involvement in your thing.
But the reality is that:
1. Most people are just too lazy and so they won't actually do it.
2. A list of 100 key people is actually a pretty big list and will take a lot of time to flesh out (see point #1).
3. The results aren't instant (they never are). You have to actually gain credibility, trust and provide real value first (again see point #1).
Still - the fact remains that it does work. And it's one of the cheapest, most authentic, and most valuable paths to success. If you're one of the rare ones willing to put in the work.
So the question is, are YOU going to be one of those rare people willing to put in the work?
