When you think you have a business:
You get someone to positively respond to your idea.
When you might actually have a business developing:
You get strangers to actually try it.
When you know you have a business:
You get lots of strangers to actually pay for it.
Revenue is what ultimately matters.
Without revenue you don’t have a business — at best you have an interesting idea or hobby.
Revenue is the goal — it’s the measuring stick — it’s the lifeblood of a business.
You should be obsessively chasing it from day one (and every day after).
